Two students from the College of Media were named to the American Advertising Federation’s Most Promising Multicultural Students Class of 2018. Honorees include Soryane Song and Jane Lee.

Representing the nation’s top 50 multicultural college seniors, the AAF’s Most Promising Multicultural Students program connects the advertising industry with the nation’s top minority college seniors. The event provides opportunities to recruit fresh talent, to further prepare advertising’s best young prospects and to help the industry’s workforce better reflect the multiculturalism of today’s society. The program not only honors the students, but enhances their knowledge and understanding of the advertising industry by offering networking, interviewing and industry immersion opportunities with industry professionals.

Song and Lee

Song and Lee will be heading to New York City for a weeklong conference that includes professional development workshops, agency visits and a recruiter’s expo. Song is a senior in the Charles H. Sandage Department of Advertising. Lee is a senior in the Department of Journalism.
