The bronze tablets list the names of students who graduated in the top three percent of their class from the University of Illinois. The tablets are placed in the University of Illinois Library. This year, 11 College of Media students earned this honor.
The William Randolph Hearst Foundation has announced the 29 journalism students from across the country who will compete in the 56th annual National Writing, Photojournalism, Radio, Television and Multimedia Championships.
