RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on understanding the influence of unique characteristics of immersive environment on individuals’ information processing, cognitive performances and decision making. It turns into three inter-related questions: 1) Conceptualizing immersion and understanding the unique characteristics of immersive environment (i.e., perceptual load), 2) exploring different types of information processing and their cognitive and persuasion outcomes. 3) Knowing how the characteristics of immersive environment modify these processes.
