Join UIUC alumnus and war correspondent Terrell Jermaine Starr (MS ’09, journalism, and MA ’09, Russian, East European, & Eurasian studies) to hear about his experiences in Ukraine. Starr traveled to Ukraine to work on a tourism business and ended up there during the war. Instead of fleeing, he took his selfie stick and phone and ran toward the devastation.
