In this 60-minute action-oriented workshop, Allison Kushner, the ADA Coordinator and Director of the Accessibility and Accommodations Division at UIUC, will provide best practices and specific steps you can take to create accessible classroom and event environments for individuals with disabilities.

Topics covered will include tools for creating accessible documents, checklists to enhance classroom and event accessibility, incorporating accessibility into diversity efforts, and ways to ensure you are going beyond compliance in our pursuit of an accessible campus for all.
