Watch Illini Film Fest and vote for your favorite submissions

Thanks, everyone! What a great festival and all of the filmmakers who submitted should be very proud. Apologies, of course, for the glitch on the YouTube channel. Voting will be enabled on the Illini Film Fest website Monday, May 4. Please, if you haven’t watched the films, both programs are now available on our YouTube channel. Then visit our website to cast your vote: https://www.illinifilmfest.com/film-festival-live Winners will receive $100 gift card for favorite short film, $75 gift card for most creative home movie, and $50 gift card for favorite TikTok video. Join us on Saturday, May 2, at 5 p.m. CST for a livestream of this year’s Illini Film Fest at https://www.illinifilmfest.com/film-festival-live. Together, let’s celebrate student filmmaking and creativity in extraordinary, uncertain times. The program will feature short films, home movies made during quarantine, and TikTok videos, all produced by University of Illinois students! 

This event is hosted by MACS 464: Film Festivals, the Department of Media & Cinema Studies, and the College of Media.
