Research Interests
I am interested in the intersection between games, culture, and the representation of physical space. Focusing primarily on games from Japan, I seek to make connections between games and culture while also considering how physical space is reproduced in the games’ virtual worlds. I am also interested in the role of controls in the video game experience.
