Dizon is new VP, chief of staff at LPL Financial

Mike Dizon (MS '98, journalism) has accepted a new role this year as vice president of marketing and communication and chief of staff at LPL Financial, a publicly traded financial services firm that serves 17,000 independent financial advisors nationwide. He previously served as the chief marketing and communications officer/chief of staff to the president at Northeastern Illinois University. Dizon holds multiple degrees from UIUC: BS '94 in accountancy, BS '95 in business administration/marketing, and MBA '98 from the Gies College of Business. He also earned a degree from UIS (MA '96, public affairs reporting).
