Counseling Center
The Counseling Center has 25 clinical counselors on staff to provide individual and group counseling support services to students. They also have outreach events including Tuesday@7 workshops and performances led by INNER VOICES Social Issues Theatre

We Care: Sexual Misconduct Support, Response, and Prevention
If you have experienced an incident that you wish to report or if you would like to talk to someone about your situation, We Care is a portal that offers options to report or to learn more about confidential resources available through the University and in the community

McKinley Health Center
Offers services including 24-hour Dial-A-Nurse, visits with a primary care provider, pharmacy, mental health counseling and treatment, travel exams and inoculations, the Women’s Health Clinic, and more

Student Health Insurance
Answers questions related to coverage, enrollment and opt-out processes, and may facilitate resolution to more complicated situations as well

The Office of the Dean of Students
Important point of contact for students who are experiencing emergent issues including but not limited to health/mental health, course attendance issues, options for withdrawing from the university, and more. They can also be reached by telephone at (217) 333-0050 and by email at helpdean@illinois.edu during office hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Emergency Dean service is available Monday-Thursday 5pm-8:30am and Friday from 5pm to Monday at 8:30am. Individuals in need of this service should first call UIPD Dispatch at (217) 333-1216 and UIPD Personnel will contact the emergency dean as appropriate

Disability Resources & Educational Services (DRES)
Ensures that qualified individuals with disabilities are afforded an equal opportunity to participate in and benefit from programs, services, and activities of Illinois through the identification and reasonable modifications to institutional policies and procedures. Services include academic and career supports, assistive technology, neuropsychological testing, transportation accommodations, and more

Women’s Resources Center
Supports womxn students while catalyzing the development of their personal and professional selves. Also serves as designated provider of confidential advising services to those who have experienced sexual misconduct. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Located at 616 E. Green St., Champaign, Room 202

Academic Calendar
The Office of the Registrar hosts current and previous academic calendars. These dates include drop and add deadlines, deadlines for Credit/No Credit, Grade Replacement, and more. It is the student’s responsibility to know these deadlines!

Transcripts may be ordered via Self-Service’s Registration & Records tab, in the “Student Records and Transcripts” area

Degree Audit
Unofficial audit of progress toward degree attainment that reflects courses currently in progress as well as completed. To ensure that the most recent degree audit record has been pulled, check that the “Prepared On” date is today’s date (this information is found at the top left of the audit). Please note that the degree audit system undergoes maintenance nightly starting at 12:00am CST and may be periodically unavailable throughout the night

GPA Calculation
The Office of the Registrar hosts information on how to manually calculate GPA as well as a GPA calculator

Unofficial Academic History
If you’re instructed to provide an “unofficial copy” of your transcript or need to provide an “academic history,” use Enterprise Self-Service to find this information. Visit Registration & Records -> Student Records and Transcripts -> View Academic History

Offers a variety of options to students through their residence halls, Living-Learning Communities, and apartments

Off-Campus Living Community
Supports students residing in privately owned apartments and homes. They’re available to speak one-on-one through appointment, by providing workshops, and they also provide procedural information on filing housing complaints. Formerly called the Tenant Union

Mass Transit District (MTD)
Provides public transportation on the Illinois campus and throughout the Champaign-Urbana area. In addition to fixed routes, some extended services including ADA Paratransit and SafeRides are also available
