Novak named acting associate dean at UIS

Institute of Communications Research alumna Kathy Petitte (Jamison) Novak (PhD '08) has recently been promoted at the University of Illinois at Springfield. She is currently professor of journalism and media studies in the Department of Communication and was named acting associate dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
