What is one of your favorite memories as a student in media and cinema studies? (It could be a memorable class, professor, event, etc.)

Being the first student in the new Media Studies program, rescuing me from having to do an Independent Study in Rock and Roll!
Enjoying the laid-back philosophizing of Professor John Nerone.
 

What are some of your career highlights so far?

- WILL-TV video production as first job out of school.
- Participating in the cutting edge of supercomputing, scientific visualization, virtual reality, and the rise of the internet at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at UIUC.
- Riding the .dot com boom and bust doing User Experience Design (UXD) in San Francisco at leading web agencies and companies.
- Getting creative doing photography, video production and website management in K-12 education and freelance. www.vincentjurgens.com
