Windchy publishes 'Fifteen American Wars: Twelve of Them Avoidable'

Eugene Windchy (BS '52, journalism) has published his fourth book, Fifteen American Wars: Twelve of Them Avoidable. Concerning World War I, he disputes the common lone wolf version of the Archduke Ferdinand's assassination by reporting that 16 men were judged complicit at trial in Sarajevo. War prevention has been Windchy's chief concern since he in 1971 published Tonkin Gulf, which was hailed as "superb investigative reporting" by The New York Times.
