Kevin Finke (BS '92, advertising) is the founder and CEO of Experience Willow. Working with major brands like HBO, Equifax, and MundoFOX, Experience Willow is one of the country’s leading firms that helps companies transform their cultures and elevate employee experiences nationwide. 

Yet before Kevin could develop his passion for helping other individuals and companies find their sense of belonging, he had to take his own personal journey.
